Fishermans Cottage dates back to the early 1900’s and provides practical self catering accommodation on one level. The cottage retains much of its original charm and character and has recently benefitted from refurbishment of an excellent standard. Situated in a residential area within close proximity to the town centre, beaches and Offa’s Dyke Path, Fishermans Cottage provides the perfect base for anyone wanting to explore the North Wales Coast and Country.

The cottage offers private parking facilities for two vehicles within the gated boundaries of the property and a private front garden is also available for your use. The property is fully central heated.

Fishermans Cottage is entered via a tiled porch which leads to the lounge area which is equipped with sofa, table, television and DVD player, radio, and coordinated furnishings. The room has an electric ‘stove fire’ housed within a traditional welsh fire place that dominates the main wall of the lounge. The lounge overlooks the front garden.

The kitchen is compact but well equipped with built in units, gas hob,  kettle, toaster,  microwave and fridge freezer. Crockery including dinner service, cups, cooking utensils and cutlery is provided as standard. Beamed ceiling adds to the charm of the kitchen, door going off to separate dining area.

 The dining room is equipped with a table and four chairs, easy chairs and a radio. The room is dressed with good quality soft furnishings.

The large bedroom which overlooks the front garden is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Good quality bedding and soft furnishings are provided for your comfort.

 The bathroom has a bath, overhead electric shower, toilet and basin.

Electricity and Gas are included in the rental cost.

This is a no smoking property.

Fishermans cottage is equipped with smoke alarms and extinguishers.

The property accepts 1 dog at £30 per week.

Maximum occupancy two adults (regretfully no children allowed at the property)

Bath and hand towels are not provided.

The grounds are mainly laid to lawn with shrubs. Part of the road is un-adopted and therefore has a rough, uneven surface in some places. Please take care in these areas.
